December 18, 2009 David Siegel, Founder and 
Owner of Westgate Resorts, the biggest privately
 owned time share company in the world, 
based in Orlando did cut a ribbon to open 
Phase 1 of Las Vegas addition to his Westgate Resorts 
time share "kingdom".

Pictures were taken in the middle of November when Enclos was finishong curtain glass wall around building above 46th floor. Installed signage will be seen on pictures from December. Photos were supplied by Tutot Saliba Construction group who is General Contractor for this job.

TOPPING - OFF PARTY IN LAS VEGAS FOR PLANET HOLYWOOD TOWERS BY WESTGATE!

Planet Holywood Towers by Westgate just celebrated!

American flag is raised on the top of Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate Phase 1.

Topping-off party for Phase 1, which includes north tower and most of podium and pool along Harmon Ave in touch with Las Vegas Boulevard. David A. Siegel, president and CEO of Westgate Resorts, Robert Earl, co-chairman of the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Mike Mecca, president and CEO of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Sylvester Stallone, Governor Jim Gibbons and many other guest celebrated first on site. National Hymn and original song God Bless the USA were featured by American country singer and songwriter Lee Greenwood. American flag was raised on the top of building. Phase I of Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate are set for completion in summer of 2009.
